Study of the eight stages of a family from leaving one's home of origin to an eternal home in heaven. Focus on the spiritual and psychological tasks a couple needs to face at each stage. The uses of a family and the responsibilities of being a parent, including such issues as mental growth, discipline, sex education, and adolescent growth. Extensive reading from selected volumes of the Doctrines of the New Church and other sources including the work of Erik Erikson. 3 Credits. (Not Offered 2008/09)
