THEATER 150 - Dramatic Performance

Students involved in the casts or technical aspects of certain dramatic productions may sign up for this course. Exposure to a variety of acting techniques, including the specialized work needed for productions that might range from Shakespeare's plays, to foreign plays in translation, to musicals. Script analysis, oral interpretation of character, performance movement, dance, and vocal techniques. Variable credit based on the student's involvement. 5-12 hours weekly in rehersals/classes leading to a finished production. Course may be repeated for credit. 1-3 Credits. Winter. S.V. Bernhardt
