Topics include the history of women at work, non-traditional occupations and roles, gender differences in communication, leadership, and work styles, management and associated psychological paradigms, relevant legal and political issues, work-life dilemmas, and personal planning and growth strategies. Active participation is required. For Honors credit, permission of instructor required.
