Focuses on marketing campaigns and advertising strategies, in print and on television. Emphasis on the cultural element(s) and context(s) of marketing/advertising campaigns. Covers a representative sampling of Spanish-speaking countries, with special attention to the cases of Spain, Mexico, Argentina and the United States. Group work required for some class projects.
