Analysis and design of reinforced concrete components and systems with emphasis on the fundamental theories necessary for a thorough understanding of concrete structures. Concentrically loaded slender columns, slender columns under compression plus bending. Wall footings and column footings. Analysis of continuous beams and frames. Total design project involving the analysis and design of a concrete structure. Current ACI Specifications used. (Spring)
