Investigation of the major models and health content areas applicable to the delivery of health education in the public school setting across elementary, middle, and secondary levels. Topics such as health-related historical developments, health screening protocols, control of communicable diseases, preventive health services, consumer health, alcohol, drugs, cigarette and tobacco use, cancer, cardiovascular disease prevention, physical activity and physical fitness, and others are discussed.
