This course introduces students to the fundamentals of information management using Microsoft Access Microsoft SQL Server, from simple applications through database programming and Structured Query Language. This course includes an analysis and evaluation of social and ethical issues stemming from the proliferation of databases. This course is recommended for students planning a career in business and information sciences. Prerequisite: CITU 180 (Cross-listed with BADMU 280).
