In-depth study of fi re service management as pertaining to budgetary requirements, administration, organization of divisions within the fi re service, and relationships between the fi re service and outside agencies. This course is a continuation of the subject matter presented in Fire Administration I. It is designed to prepare the student for middle and upper level management challenges in the fi re service.
