Should be taken in conjunction with Firefi ghter Certifi cation I, II, III, IV, V, and VII to satisfy the Texas Commission on Fire Protection (TCFP) curriculum for Basic Structural Fire Suppression, Course #100. The study of the basic principles of fi re inspection techniques and practices. Emphasis on fi re cause determination. Includes fi re protection systems, wild land fi re, and pre-incident planning.
