An in-depth studof the skills and techniques in managing early care and education programs, including legal and ethical issues, personnel management, team building, leadership, confl ict resolution, stress management, advocacy, professionalism, fi scal analysis and planning, parent education/ partnerships, and technical applications in programs. Regularly scheduled fi eld assignments are required. Offered in Spring.
