Radiation safety, protection and instrumentation will be covered. Students will learn principles of operation, maintenance and quality control of a variety of invasive cardiac and vascular imaging systems. A comparison study of alternative cardiovascular imaging systems such as MUGA, PET MRI and CT scan will be presented. 6 hours lecture per week for 8 weeks. Prerequisites: AS in CVT; professional registry.
