Presents a multi-disciplinary introduction to the arts concentrating on individual expressions of visual art, music, dance, and drama. Students will study the methods and goals of these areas of human creativity, engage in a variety of expressive activities, analyze various art forms, and evaluate the role of arts in the classroom curriculum. This course is a non-major course. Fall/Spring and Weekender, $105 fee, 3 hours lecture/discussion and practicum, 3 credits.
