Supervised, seven-week student teaching experience at the K-3 level under the guidance of a cooperating teaching and a college supervisor. The experience provides teaching opportunities to meet the needs of individual learners though differentiated instructional strategies and classroom management techniques. During this seven-week experience, candidates are expected to select and employ the methodologies and strategies modeled and practiced during pre-practicum to meet the needs of all learners in the classroom. Fieldwork required and clearances are necessary. Requires faculty consent. (Open to certification candidates only.) Fall and Spring, $75 lab fee, 6 credits.
