Focuses on the study and practice of teaching activities in elementary and secondary reading, writing, speaking, and listening within the scope of the PA framework for K-12 grade level. Expectations in reading, writing, speaking, and listening and the NCTE/IRA Standards for the English language arts will be stressed. Fieldwork required and clearances are necessary. Fall and Spring, 3 hours lecture and discussion + field assignments, 3 credits.
