Provides students the skill necessary to deploy and support Microsoft Windows 2003 Professional in a variety of stand-alone and network operating system environments. IT provides in-depth, hands-on training for prospective and current Information Technology (IT) professionals who will be responsible for the planning, implementation, management, and support of Windows 2003 Professional. This course is based on the final, retail release of Windows 2003 Professional. This course will help the student prepare for the following Microsoft Certified Professional exam: Exam 70-270, Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows 2003 Professional. Prerequisites: Consent required, restricted enrollment. Corequisite: IT 402C. Fall, La Plume campus only, $55 fee, 3 hours lecture, discussion, demonstration and hands-on assignment, 3 credits.
