Provides an understanding of what project management means and how it improves the success of information technology projects. Topics covered include the triple constraint of project management, the project life cycle, work breakdown structures, network diagrams, cost estimates, critical path analysis, critical chain scheduling, quality control, motivation theory, risk management, and team building.
