This course serially examines specific industries using the tools of industrial organization, macro and microeconomics, and public policy to focus on critical aspects of the industrial sector. During the semester students evaluate the current composition, organization, and status of selected industries; understand the complex issues involved within an industrial group; and analyze the American and international environment within which the selected industries operate.
