Theorists studied could come from this list or beyond: Butler, Harraway, Irigaray, Derrida, Foucault, Freud, Deleuze, Bhabha, Baudrillard, Kristeva, Eliade, Freud, Marx, Lacan, Barthes, Gramsci, Guattari, West, Cixous, Wittig, Hall, Gilroy, Bataille, Blanchot, Rorty, Fish, and so on. Problems studied could come from this list or beyond: Power, Identity, Race, Sexuality, Writing as a Woman, Essentialism, Gender, Jouissance, Nomadism, Social Constructivism, Popular Culture, and so on.
