This is an advanced level competency-based course in computer graphics and printing technology. Emphasis is on computer applications, color management, file preparation, paper specification, pre-press workflow, page imposition, proofing, trapping, PDF workflow, RIP technology, file automation, font and image management, emerging technology, and graphic markets. Requires concurrent enrollment in 2 credits of GRDSN 137. Prerequisite: GRDSN 133 and 142 and assessment reading score of 40 or above, or permission of instructor and concurrent enrollment in GRDSN 137 for 2 credits. (SFCC)
