This is an introductory course covering the basic techniques and applications of a fixed gear stationary bike. Students perform an exercise routine on the stationary Schwinn Spinner to increase their cardiovascular and pulmonary efficiency, musculoskeletal strength and endurance, and coordination and balance while riding in a group setting.
