Formerly GBUS 100. Students are introduced to managing all phases of family finances. Tips and techniques to help consumers survive on a limited budget are presented. Subjects include obtaining and using credit; saving money on food, financial services, automobiles, clothing, major appliances, insurance, travel, renting an apartment or buying a home.
