The goal of this class is to provide a context in which to develop concrete organization leadership, presentation and communication skills sufficient to participate successfully in leadership on campus or in a community. Students will study the institutional structure, mission and goals of Seattle Central as well as use assigned readings and discussions to expand their understanding of contemporary leadership theory and practice and to identify their leadership abilities and style.
