Survey of causes and consequences of sex/gender roles. Examines the relationships between men and women in the U.S. and other regions. Focuses on historical, biological, economical, psychological and anthropological perspectives, identifying and dicussing the discernible recurring sex role patterns. Sociology courses are web enhanced. Web enhanced courses have a traditional classroom (on campus) structure with an added web component to enhance the students learning experience.
