Instruction in creating, executing and maintaining individualized fitness programs. Aerobic training developed through stair stepping, elliptical treadmill, bicycle and rowing machines, and/or walking, jogging; muscular strength and endurance training developed through free weights and resistance machines; flexibility developed through stretching exercises. Current fitness-related issues, trends and facts will also be discussed. Transfer class.
