For students in Nursing, Dental Hygiene, and other related life science fields (Pre-Chiropracty, Pre-Optometry, etc) or as a life science for non-biology majors. Terminology, cell, protein synthesis, DNA replication, tissues, integumentary system, skeletal system, articular system, muscular system, nervous system, endocrine system, reproductive system, circulatory system, digestive system, respiratory system, and urinary system. Electrolyte balance. National standardized final exam. Formerly BIOL 231. Credit not allowed for both BIOL 231 and BIOL& 251. Concurrent enrollment in BIOL 011 for one credit required.
