This course presents fundamental concepts of contract with emphasis on the paralegal's role. Topics include formation, performance, and enforcement of contracts under the common law and the Uniform Commercial Code. Corequisite: Appropriate score on the reading portion of the THEA Test or alternate test OR completion of the Reading developmental course sequence. Three class hours per week. Credit: Three semester hours.
