This practicum is designed to provide the special education major with practical observations and experience in classrooms designed to serve the needs of individuals with mild disabilities. The practicum is structured to allow students the opportunity to observe and interact with youngsters while practicing skills learned in basic theory courses. One hour credit. Fall. Prerequisite: Admission to Teacher Education Program.
