A seminar in the development and implementation of top management policy and strategy determination. Students will learn to integrate various business functions and to develop skills and judgment in solving problems of the organization as a total system in relation to its environment. Three hours credit. Prerequisites: Senior standing and ACC 203, BUA 299, BUA 305, ECO 207, ECO 208, FIN 333, MGT 221, MIS 200, MKT 211, PHL 246, STS 220, and one international business course chosen from the following: ECO/GBS 374, ECO 443, ECO 446, MIS/GBS 311, or MKT 375.
