Explores the principles and benefits of safe and effective physical activity, nutrition and eating for optimal health, cardiovascular health, cancer, and risk reduction. Designed for students with documented, limited ability to participate in physical activity and those with military basic training. PREREQUISITE: Instructor's permission. Satisfies a lifetime fitness/wellness requirement for AA degree.
