Defines and describes in detail the five phases of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC): systems planning, systems analysis, systems design, systems implementation, and systems operation and support. Provides students with a comprehensive Systems Analysis Toolkit that highlights the importance of communication, economic analysis, and project planning skills across all phases of the SDLC.
