Descriptive geometry is a geographical process used to analyze space relationships by viewing the object or situation in such a way that the relationship being investigated is actual size and measurable. (Applying descriptive geometry develops and dimensions primary and secondary auxiliary views of 3-D objects.) Dimensions and tolerance will be incompliance with the ASME Y14.5M-1994 standard, with an introduction to the GD & T symbols. Draw cross sections and develop flat patterns for sheet metal components. PREREQUISITE: D T 101 or 101.2
