Practical, general workplace training supported by an individualized learning plan developed by the employer, college and student. The plan relates the workplace training and experiences to the student's general and technical course of study. The guided external experiences may be paid or unpaid. This course may be repeated if topics and learning outcomes vary. The student will continue to meet competencies in basic radiographic procedures and patient care. Prerequisite: RADR 1266. Corequisites: RADR 2301, 2309 and 2305. Completion of RADR curriculum with 75% or higher in all RADR courses is required. Sixteen hours of practicum on field experience per week. Total contact hours: 256. Credit: Two semester hours.
