to 1-21- 8 Focuses on the application of concepts of transcultural nursing in selected culturally diverse settings. Students are encouraged to explore personal cultural orientation and its influence on the delivery of care and services. Selected ethnocultural groups will be studied. Variability will occur in undergraduate and graduate study intensity (concentration and length of study). Most credit notations on the far right are in the pattern ( 3-0-3). The first number is the number of lecture hours (or equivalent) each week; the second number is the number of laboratory hours (or equivalent) each week; the third number, in bold, is the number of semester hours credit.
