This is an introductory course which surveys the field of psychology, and basic principles and concepts utilized to understand human behavior. The major areas of study include development, learning, perception, motivation, emotions, personality, abnormal behavior, psychotherapy, and testing measurements. This course partially satisfies the writing requirement of S.B.E. 6A-10.030. Prerequisite or corequisite: ENC 1101.
