Physical Conditioning and Wellness is an activity class designed to increase the knowledge and the skills needed to develop a safe and effective training program with an emphasis on improving the components of cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition. In addition to orientation and class lecture modules, a student will be expected to complete 18.5 hours of lab activity during any open hours at the JCC Fitness Center. 1 cr. 2 Lab. (Per Departmental Standards Version of PED 192, approved by Academic Affairs on 4/22/02).
