Students will learn to write precise, clear, substantive essays. Students will work with multi-page papers, organization, and mechanics. Emphasis will be placed on critical thinking, reading, and writing. 3 credit hours. Prerequisite: admission by successful completion of ENG 0430 or placement score: Accuplacer Writeplacer 7-9, reading 70+ or Asset 5-6, reading 37+.
