Students will apply computational, critical thinking, and financial analysis tools to data to make it useful for business decisions of a financial nature. The student will demonstrate an understanding of alternative forms of business organization, ratio analysis, risk-return tradeoffs, time value of money, debt versus equity financing, valuation of securities, and capital budgeting.
