Topics include: subcritical vs. supercritical flow, hydraulic jumps, water surface profiles, flow through hydraulic structures such as bridges and culverts, floofplains delineation, bridge and culvert scour, unsteady flow. The HEC-RAS program is used extensively throughout the course
