Using the conceptof continuing maturation throughout the lifespan, it focuses onthe latter portion of human life. Discussions center on changes inintelligence, motivation, learning, and memory which are supposed toaccompany aging, as well as the psychology of dying and bereavement,and the psychosocial aspects of growing old. Field work in a retirementcenter.
