CRIM 1100 and CRIM 2130. Open only to juniors and seniors. The class will include an overview of types of facilities, inmate society, women, minorities and the elderly, working in prison, inmates' rights, correctional healthcare, and rehabilitation. Two short position papers and a term paper will be assigned to students. Students will also make oral presentations. Faculty: C.
