The objective of this course is to provide a comprehensive introduction to the prehistory and paleoanthropology of the Far East (East and Southeast Asia, all inclusive). The course begins with a survey of the history of the theoretical and substantive discoveries which have influenced and/or continue to influence our understanding of the human evolution and behavior of the region.
