Offered Fall Semester Only This course is designed to enable the student to use various teaching techniques currently accepted in the area of Social Studies to acquaint students with current texts, materials, and equipment; and the development and reinforcement of Social Studies standards, concepts, skills and application for high school students. Students gain practical hands-on experience in using current computer technology in the Social Studies classroom. Corequisites: EDU 37l Secondary Curriculum Methods and Materials Workshop and LTED 370 Secondary Reading, Language and Literacy Workshop
