Core Complement Course in Foreign Languages Courses for students who have not previously studied Portuguese. They engage students in activities and exercises designed to develop skills in oral/aural proficiency as well as reading and writing Brazilian Portuguese. Emphasis is placed on increasing the students' awareness of Brazilian culture in addition to the cultures of other Portuguese-speaking countries. PTG112 Prerequisite: PTG111. 3 credits each.
