This vector-based computer art course encourages students to explore the technical, creative, conceptual, and philosophical aspects of the digital arts. Assignments stress the development of a unique aesthetic sensibility while developing technical proficiency through the use of raster-based programs. Issues relevant to the new digital arts are explored and options for printing examined.
