Designed for students with little or no experience in computer graphics and those interested in computer graphics application to the design, journalism, communication and marketing fields. Basic graphic design and visual communications concepts through the sole use of a computer as a typesetting, design production, illustration, and layout tool. Through hands-on experience at a computer design workstation, exposure to introductory computer software in draw and layout programs which directly interface with the design concepts and problems addressed.
