Prerequisites: 30 credits required and RTF 03224 This course is an introductory non synch-sound film production course. Students make a series of short 16mm films designed to familiarize them with camera operation, exposure and composition. The course covers the basic optics, mechanics and chemistry of motion picture technology, small crew organizational practices and digital editing techniques.
