This course establishes the methodology used in all future courses in the ISM curriculum. It uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology to analyze the requirements of a business information system. Topics covered include determination of requirements, procurement, systems design, and systems development. A case study approach is used to bring a reality-based approach to the concepts, theories, and procedures covered in the course. Prerequisite: ISM103. 3 credits.
