Readings anddiscussions focus on death, dying, the grieving process and socialsupport, loss and intimate relationships, and growth through loss. Inaddition, through the completion of a group presentation and researchpaper, students examine other types of loss such as loss of memory,loss of friendships, loss of dreams or loss of health.
