Application of chemical concepts and skills learned in lecture and laboratory to work-related experiences. Students and faculty sponsors maintain journals of their cooperative education opportunities with the assistance of the Director of Cooperative Education. Students will work 40 hours per credit per semester at their jobs. Students will maintain journals of their cooperative education experiences and write reports demonstrating how their experiences helped them achieve their learning goals. Prerequisites: Chemistry 221, 221L, 242, and 242L; overall GPA of 2.0 minimum; 15 credits completed at Monmouth University; and approval of the Department of Chemistry. Course Type(s): EX
