1 semester, 3 credits Intended to build leadership and facilitate the cadet's initial demonstration of individual leadership potential at the Leadership Development and Assessment Course. Leadership positions during labs and small unit operations, and instruction in the principles of war provide the necessary knowledge base to address motivational theory and techniques, the role and actions of leaders, and risk assessment.
